school started barely a week. ooh. the common tests are here.

and studying at gdns made me realise there's one more year of slogging at coffee joints, calling the study area my second home and having caffine as my best friend (resolute to try out every single coffee flavour at starbucks and beans.). well technically it's less than a year, if that's any consolation.

am not going any further boring you about the alevels since, well, i have plenty of time to rant.

watched independence day on tv and concluded it was a high class B-grade flick. bill paxton delivered such crinch-induced corny lines. imagine arnie was mr. president. have had enough will smith and his aliens, all these shite about the celebration of the homo sapien species over aliens is such fantasy considering we're all fighting amongst ourselves. oh well. we certainly can dream, can we? and ian holm's strokes of geniuses through out the movie were one cliche way too much.

to think i worshipped the flick when i was a young, ignorant lil' fool yet to have seen real good movies.

was switching channels and that renci charity show was just as eye-rolling. note to self: continue to convince mother benefits of cable tv unless thou shalt continue suffering unbearable consequences of bad tv. like thinking independence day was a wonderful movie.

or stick to studying as a contingency plan.
