oooh. went to the premiere of a srtstages play chestnuts unloaded at the dbs arts center today. drew had complimentary tix from his friend who's a crew there. was really exciting with all these theatre people there. pam oei, beatrice chia, gerald chew, koh chieng mun, glen goei (who's shorter than i thought. waaay short.) blahblah.
it stars jonathan lim and sean yeo. the former is hugo-agogo from that chicken rice war flick. and the other one is some power 98 dj.

the play was some parody of sorts about lots of stuff. lotr. matrix. forbidden city and kit chan. theatre industry jokes. increased trends of gays and lesbians in singapore plays. oral sex. really funny. and crude. there was a part about jack neo collaborating with royston tan for a film call 15 homeruns which was outrageous. and this talk show segment was really funny and their guest star actually performed oral sex on a banana. how queer.
