back from a supremo long dinner with the ppl from 1st 3 mths at kenny rogers. was amazing we failed to meet up since march and still had so much to talk about as if march was.. yesterday! and later some of us went walking around one fullerton and jerm blatantly mentioned really loudly 'why are there so many guys but no girls?' outside centro. and i suddenly shouted 'is it gay's night?!' and some members of the rainbow troupe came looking at us. haha. thought that was quite funny. and mar got really scared. and the topic that night was about transexuals or as mar puts it - 'trans-ies'. later russel said the person that came out from the cab was one, too. suddenly, they seemed everywhere.

and yes. it was gay's night. how queer.

ooh. wanted to blog about me bidding my virgin mobile, the brick phone farewell. ahh. my old trusty 3310. which never let me down. i know. it was a sad day but i got my new 3200. or something. never seems to remember these models. the functions were greek. and tried downloading tones from the newspaper. yikes. i know. the horrors.

how weird it is that i actually stop buying tnp because of these never-ending tones adverts. and suddenly i'm a customer. i always have this notion that these tones companies are shady organisations whose offices are at upper serangoon shopping centers. and they are all these cheena ghettos (read: bengs. and lians.) wasted 4 bloody bucks on alicia keys' you don't know me which ended up me saying i don't know you to the tone. it sounded nothing like the song. now i know why they can afford full page adverts on tnp. they spoke so s-l-o-w-l-y.

and then at the dinner, i realised neo bought the same phone as me! and yesterday, too! what a coincidence. also realised i could record my own stuff and turn them into tones. isn't that amazing? just recorded billie holiday's the way you look tonight as my tone. it's sooo rad.
